Due to the bulkiness of office furniture, freight costs are calculated on a per-order basis. Any accessories shown are not included unless otherwise specified.

All items listed on our website have been included in good faith, based on the expectation that the products described will be available at the time of order. Any errors and omissions will be corrected at the point of order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We are happy to match or beat any written or advertised quote for an identical item, once freight charges are taken into consideration.

While we can deliver to most locations, the Office Furniture Deals website calculates freight based on average costs of major metropolitan areas. Office Furniture Deals reserves the right to cancel or amend orders where delivery at a reasonable freight cost is not feasable. Any such decisions will be made in consultation with the client, and a full refund of any prepayment will be provided where necessary.

Delivery costs are calculated based on ground floor access with clear, unhindered entry and convenient parking availability.

Delivering to locations other than the ground floor may incur additional charges, particularly where stair access is required, as this often necessitates two delivery personnel.
